All of our products are made to order to please allow upto 1 week for dispatch.
Once your parcel has been collected from our store it is no longer in the hands of delightful creations and is now a part of the courier company. However if there is any problems please contact us via email.

Local delivery
At Delightful Creations we offer local delivery for a small charge of $5.
Please note this is only available for the Timaru region.
